OVER ALL GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION :
To cause sustainable development of the distressed and down trodden people. All work and programme are designee base is Millennium Goal of United Nation (UN).
VISION :
To facilitate the down trodden people towards sustainable development through people movement.

- To run Saradamoyee Sishu sikshya Niketan for better education.
- Assistance for better live to destitute people.
- To make next generation by better culture we continue "Monalisha Art School" & Bratachari Movement.

OUR PRINCIPLE :
- Working on non-profitable, non-political and secular social service lines.
- Development of Public health, level of food & nutrition, education & culture, handicraft, handicapped ,environment, water-shed.

| Strengths and Achievement of organization |
From 2003
- We Support to SRD Programme in Raghunathpur - I Gram Panchayat, Sahid Matangini Block of East Medinipur Distric, West Bengal for Betterment of People's Participation in Panchayat Plan formulation Process & Betterment of Service Delivery.
- We complete a study of 1300 school student about Thalasemia & Nutritional Status.
- We run A unit of Solid & Liquid Waste management unit (Nirmal Udyan) successfully.
- We Develop a Youth Empowerment Unit. We have done some training, seminar, sports event, Bratachari Training for Rural Youth. We give continuous support to rural youth organizations for capacity building.
- We work successfully for case detection of TB in East Midnapur & Kolkata.
- We worked successfully under SDC-Cap Deck in P2P learning Exchange programme in Kerala as facilitating organization from West Bengal end.
